Refund Policy

Every new Nixi account comes with 3 free credits — no card required. We want you to try the platform, generate real ads, and feel confident before you spend a rupee. We encourage you to use your free credits first so you know exactly what you're getting.

1. No Refund Policy

Because we give every user the chance to experience Nixi for free before purchasing, all payments — including subscription plans and credit top-ups — are final and non-refundable once processed. We're not able to issue refunds, partial refunds, or credit adjustments after a purchase has been made, regardless of whether the credits have been used.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You're free to cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no hoops, no questions. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you'll keep full access to Nixi until then. We don't offer refunds for the remaining days in a billing period.

3. Billing Errors

We understand that mistakes happen. If you notice a duplicate charge or believe you've been billed incorrectly, please reach out to us within 7 days of the transaction at hello@nixiads.com. We'll look into it promptly and make it right if there's been an error on our end.

4. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
