By accessing or using the Nixi platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Nixi is an AI-powered ad creative generator that enables D2C brands and marketers to generate campaign-ready ad creatives for Meta and Instagram.
To use Nixi, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
Nixi operates on a subscription and credit-based model. New accounts receive 5 free ad generations on signup. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as selected at checkout. Credits are consumed per generation and do not roll over between billing periods unless stated in your plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds on consumed credits or past billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at hello@nixiads.com.
You agree not to use Nixi to generate ads for prohibited products or services (including weapons, adult content, or counterfeit goods), to impersonate another brand or entity, to submit false or misleading inputs, or to violate any applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring all generated creatives comply with the advertising policies of the platforms you use.
AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or original. Nixi does not guarantee the performance or effectiveness of any generated ad. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use.
You retain full ownership of all original assets you provide as inputs — including product images, logos, and brand materials. By uploading these assets, you confirm you have the rights to use them.
Ad creatives generated through Nixi are yours to use commercially. By using Nixi, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use generated creatives to promote and demonstrate Nixi. This does not give Nixi ownership of your underlying brand assets. We will not use creatives that contain confidential information in a way that identifies you without your consent. You may opt out at any time by contacting hello@nixiads.com.
All content on this platform — including the Nixi name, logo, design, code, and AI systems — is the intellectual property of Nixi and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our platform without our express written permission.
The Nixi platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nixi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue or data.
Your use of this platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
